Recently, the heat on the main floor of our townhouse mysteriously stopped working three days after a service company had come out to fix a different heating problem on the third floor. After several additional trips and multiple explanations by that company, our property management office called in Climatrol as an expert consultant to determine the root of the problem and what corrective action would be necessary. Despite the fact that they did not get the call until late afternoon, Climatrol called us directly within 5 minutes after speaking with property management and was at our house 20 minutes later.
On one of the absolute coldest days of the season, Climatron spent over five hours in our frigid garage, where the furnace is located, tracing every single wire and performing every conceivable diagnostic test to determine the problem. As it turned out, the prior technicians had damaged the humidifier, which resulted in water running into the furnace over several days and causing major damage. Only one day after the heaviest snow storm since 2011 and under grueling conditions, Climatrol showed up at 7:30 a.m. with a new furnace and worked for nearly six hours to install it and to restore our heat.
Having spent over a week in a house with main-floor temperatures in the 40's, we are beyond grateful to Climatrol, not only for being the highly skilled and competent professionals that they are but also for putting their concern for our comfort ahead of their own and working under such extreme weather conditions to remedy the incompetence of others. Truly, this is a company that has earned and well deserves the strongest recommendations for exceptional service.

I'm writing to thank you for all the great experiences I have had with you and Climatrol through the years. You were highly recommended to me by a neighbor and his fiance. Since I was new to the area, I didn't know who to turn to for the heating problems I was having. You came out and fixed my heat pump quickly and at a price that was very fair and reasonable.
Since first using you in 2005, you've come to my rescue many times, including routine maintenance issues, routine inspections, repairs, as well as replacement of the air conditioner, and both inside and outside units of my heat pump. Last year, I had a mold problem and you were able to address it and install a system that would keep it from happening again the same day. Upon your recommendation, I agreed to have you install a humidifier for my heating system. I was somewhat skeptical of its benefits, but it has made a huge difference in the comfort of my home.
I've recommend you and Climatrol to several friends and neighbors through the years. Each has come back to me with nothing but positive comments and praise. You provide excellent customer service, quick response times, and prices that are very fair and reasonable. Most importantly, you have a level of character and integrity that is rarely found in the business world. At no point have I felt like a number in your computer. Climatrol is a professional and dependable HVAC company that we rely on for all our heating and air conditioning needs! New to the area, we needed a good HVAC service company for routine maintenance. We saw their add in our weekly church bulletin and gave them a try. The service technician was on time, friendly and professional. They conducted routine pre-winter service and we have since had them back for routine heating service and one maintenance call which they promptly fixed.
